1. Are pets welcome?
To preserve the comfort of all guests, we do not accommodate pets. Assistance animals, as recognised under Australian law, are welcome with prior notice.

2. If I don’t require all bedrooms, will I be sharing with other guests?
No. Our accommodations are booked as a completely private stay for your group only. Any unbooked rooms are simply closed off and remain unoccupied for the duration of your stay.

3. Are there laundry facilities onsite?
Our Shire rules prohibit a full laundry within our accommodations. However, we provide drying racks and ironing facilities for guest convenience, and there are two public laundries located within a 10-minute walk in town.

4. Is Serenity House near the Bibbulmun Track?
Yes, Serenity House Pemberton is located at both the Bibbulmun Track and Munda Biddi Trail, making it an ideal base for walkers, cyclists and outdoor adventures.
