1. Are pets welcome?
For the comfort of all guests, we do not accommodate pets. Assistance animals, recognised under Australian law, are welcome with prior notice.

2. If I don’t require all bedrooms, will I be sharing with other guests?
No. Our accommodations are booked as a completely private stay for your group only. Any unbooked rooms are simply closed off and remain unoccupied for the duration of your stay.​​​​

3. Are there laundry facilities onsite?
Our Shire rules prohibit a full laundry. We provide drying racks and ironing facilities with two public laundries located a short walk form the property.

4. Is Serenity House near the Bibbulmun Track?
Yes, our house and cottage are located on the Bibbulmun Track and the Munda Biddi Trail, making it an ideal base for walkers and cyclists.​​​​

5. What are check-in and check- out times?
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out 10am.​​
